Job Requirements
- Valid California driver's license
- excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- previous Food and Beverage experience preferred
- average knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- responsible Beverage Service certification and San Diego County Food Handlers card not required upon hire

Job Duties
- Answer the telephones using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest's order according to Four Seasons standards
- anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary
- serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
- utilize the Residence Club's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing closing readings
- carry trays, bus, and reset tables with china, glass, and silver
- coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by room service servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
- ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
- recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests
- stock and order items
- carry hot boxes and provide oval tray service in a professional and comfortable manner
- respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff
