Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License
Successfully complete a pre-employment background check
Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance
1-2 years of work experience in customer service and hospitality
Responsible and dedicated
Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to sit for prolonged periods
Ability to use hands and arms repeatedly
Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
Ability to see and read chat screen from 4 feet away
Ability to communicate verbally to players
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Ability to present on camera under bright lights continuously
Ability to wear heels while standing for 1.5 hours (for game show hosts)
Work full-time schedule
On-site availability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Host live casino games including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat on camera
Engage and interact with players through livestreamed casino games
Present games with strong personality and professionalism
Follow all work rules and maintain a service-oriented attitude
Work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Participate in training programs to master game techniques and presentation skills
Maintain a professional appearance and wear assigned uniforms
