Job Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a screen from 4 feet away
- Ability to verbally communicate to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to present on camera continuously under bright lights
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- Game show hosts must be able to wear 2 inch plus heels while standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Michigan Gaming License
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- 1-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts
- Strong communication and service orientation
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Job Duties
- Present casino games live on-camera
- Host games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Interact with players during live-streamed games
- Attend and complete Evolution Academy training
- Work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and wear assigned uniforms
- Provide engaging and rewarding experiences for players
