Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for at least 6 hours
- ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be comfortable using mobile handheld technology
- detail oriented with strong focus on order accuracy
- ability to keep staging area organized
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters and electric pallet jacks
- may require use of ladders
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to speak and read basic English

Job Duties
- Shop for online grocery orders accurately and efficiently using handheld technology
- prepare orders for delivery or pickup ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- maintain organized and clutter-free staging areas
- lift, carry, and stock grocery items up to 50 pounds safely
- work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adhere to safety standards when using tools and equipment such as box cutters and pallet jacks
- learn product knowledge and customer service standards to improve work performance
