Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for at least 6 hours
- Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without accommodation
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters and pallet jacks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and speak basic English
- Experience using handheld technology preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Shop for Prime Now customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use handheld mobile devices to fulfill orders
- Maintain organized and clutter-free staging areas
- Learn and apply product knowledge and customer service standards
- Support other store departments as needed such as cashier and grocery
- Prepare orders for delivery and/or pickup
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
