Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing and walking for several hours
- Comfortable using handheld mobile devices to fulfill orders
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work in multiple store departments as needed
- Ability to keep staging areas organized and clutter free
- Must pass any required background checks and comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to read and speak basic English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and company standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in retail or grocery shopping preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Fulfill online Prime Now orders efficiently and accurately
- Shop throughout the store for food and household items
- Use handheld mobile technology to manage orders
- Maintain an organized and clutter-free staging area
- Assist in other store departments such as customer service and cashiering as required
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Provide outstanding customer service consistent with Whole Foods Market standards
