Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Stand or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to use tools and equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Exposure to varying temperatures including freezing and hot conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in different store departments as needed
- Must be comfortable using handheld technology for order fulfillment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent diploma
- Ability to read and speak basic English
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Comfortable using mobile handheld devices
- Eagerness to learn product knowledge and store operations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in retail or grocery preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Shop online customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld technology
- Prepare grocery orders for delivery and pickup
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the staging area
- Learn and apply product knowledge and customer service standards
- Work flexibly across departments including customer service, cashier, and grocery
- Lift and move products up to 50 pounds safely
- Collaborate with Prime Now team to meet customer needs during peak times such as weekends and holidays
