Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters and electric pallet jacks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from below freezing to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and speak basic English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using mobile technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and store operations
Job Duties
- Use handheld technology to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Shop for groceries and household products for Prime Now customer orders
- Maintain staging area organization and cleanliness
- Ensure product and order accuracy with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as customer service and cashier as needed
- Adapt to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Support timely preparation of orders for delivery or pickup
