Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for at least 6 hours during a shift
- Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using technology to fulfill orders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate tools and equipment like box cutters and electric pallet jacks
- May require use of ladders
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and speak basic English
- Experience with handheld mobile devices preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Shop for and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Use handheld technology to fulfill orders and update status
- Maintain an organized and clutter-free staging area
- Learn and apply product knowledge and customer service standards
- Assist in other store departments as needed such as cashier and grocery stocking
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ensure high standards of quality and safety while handling products
