Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and management
- Basic food preparation skills beneficial but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Engage customers and promote brands through live events and product sampling
- Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
- Maintain safety-first mindset in all job duties
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
- Deliver excellent customer service and interact positively with clients, customers, and team members
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Follow company policies and guidelines strictly
