Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- must possess or be able to obtain valid servers' permit
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advise guests on food and drink combinations, and accommodate reasonable requests
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests accommodation
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and work collaboratively with others
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly address complaints or issues and relay them to supervisors
- ensure the service area is properly set up before and after service periods
- operate various equipment
- collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions
- perform other assigned duties
