Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Must be willing to work variable hours according to event schedule
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and transport full beer kegs
- Must practice safe work habits and follow safety policies and procedures
- Must complete company-wide and job-specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience within food and beverage industry
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work long periods standing, walking, and lifting
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Strong guest service skills with positive body language
- Ability to make decisions without immediate supervision
- Ability to smile and maintain positive guest interactions
Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with a neat and clean personal appearance
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Analyze and resolve problems proactively
- Work with staff to control spoilage and waste and ensure compliance with Board of Health regulations
- Ensure work stations, back of stand, and storerooms are clean and sufficiently stocked
- Efficiently complete required paperwork
- Replace empty kegs with full ones
- Ensure staff maintains quality appearance of location
- Enforce correct alcohol policies and procedures
- Oversee staff check-out, verify voids, and ensure efficient closing of stand
- Be knowledgeable of all staff positions and fill any as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
