Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have 2 to 3 years of experience in fast-paced high-end clubs or restaurants
- possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
- capability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- ability to lift and transport items from 10 to 50 pounds
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- able to communicate in English
- maintain physical mobility for prolonged periods
- follow safety policies and complete required training
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- ability to interact effectively with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak, and write English
- physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- provide personal service and attention to detail exceeding guest expectations
- serve food and beverages including soda, water, wine, draft and bottled beer
- work cooperatively with fellow associates and other service departments
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
