Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- must have and maintain a Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit
- ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- ability to react with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations

- must have and maintain a Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored
- knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- follows set up and break down processes efficiently
- understands all event paperwork and reports
- always exceeds guest expectations
- adheres to location appearance guidelines
- acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- maintains prep and service areas
- employs good safety and sanitation practices
- follows responsible alcohol service policies
- understands the importance of maintaining equipment and executes accordingly
- thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
- performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed
- helps fellow employees whenever necessary
