Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food service role preferred
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food and beverage service is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale equipment

- understanding of dietary restrictions and allergens is a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrates understanding of menu items and advises guests on combinations of food and drinks
- accommodates dietary restrictions and special requests
- communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- handles cash and collects tickets following proper procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- addresses guest complaints and relays information to supervisors
- ensures dining area is set up before and after service
- operates equipment including beverage machines and telephones
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
