Job Requirements
- Experience as a server in a restaurant, club, or event venue
- Smart Serve certification required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to walk up and down stairs carrying trays
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests in a noisy environment

- Food handler certification preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple orders and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with handheld POS systems
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Greet guests in assigned seating sections and provide menus or answer questions about offerings
- Take food and beverage orders using handheld POS devices and relay orders to kitchen and bar
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
- Process electronic payments and provide receipts
- Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages and follow responsible service policies
- Monitor guest needs throughout the event and offer refills or additional items
- Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to culinary staff
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and aisles and remove empty containers or waste
- Collaborate with runners and other servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to supervisors as needed
