Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers for compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcohol service standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Ability to communicate in English including reading, speaking, and writing
- Physical capability to lift and carry trays of up to 10 beverages and food and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have mobility to perform reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Two to three years of relevant work experience in fast-paced high-end club, catering, or restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to interact positively with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, alcohol service, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team oriented setting
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate effectively and card every transaction
- Ability to lift and carry trays with up to 10 beverages or food items and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season
- Sufficient mobility to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, catering, or restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction by delivering preordered food and beverages to the first 16 rows
- Provide personal service and attention to detail exceeding guest expectations and card every guest transaction
- Run up and down stairs delivering food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Collaborate as a team with fellow associates and service departments within the stadium
- Support service staff by clearing and cleaning service areas and running expo orders, combining drinks and food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
