Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Two to three years experience in high-end club, catering or restaurant
- Ability to move quickly and safely up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift and carry 10-50 pounds and carry trays of food and beverages
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, alcohol service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests while carding every transaction
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds and carry trays full of up to 10 beverages and food
- Ability to work all seasonal baseball events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have two to three years working in a fast-paced high-end club, catering or restaurant
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction delivering food ordered from the application for the first 16 rows of seating
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations, card every guest every time
- Run to guest seats up and down stairs during the game carrying preordered food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium
- Support service staff by clearing and cleaning service area and running food to guests, expo orders, combining drinks and food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
