Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work all seasonal baseball events including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- must have sufficient mobility for tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- ability to run up and down stairs and move between guest seating areas
- must communicate effectively in English
- ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- at least two years of experience in a high-end club, catering, or restaurant
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, alcohol service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multi task in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate with guests and card every transaction
- ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and carry trays with up to 10 beverages and food while navigating crowds and stairs
- availability to work all seasonal baseball events including nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- two to three years of experience in a fast paced high-end club, catering, or restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction delivering food ordered from the application for the first 16 rows of seating
- provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations and card every guest every time
- run to guest seats with preordered food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer during games including up and down stairs
- work as a team with associates and other service departments within the stadium
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning service areas, running food to guests, expediting orders, combining drinks and food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
