Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- ability to read, speak and write English
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during baseball season
- sufficient mobility to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- ability to work in a physically demanding environment involving stairs and crowded seating
- must have 2 to 3 years work experience in high-end club, catering or restaurant
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, alcohol service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests and card every transaction
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds and carry trays with up to 10 beverages and food while negotiating walking guests, stairs, and cheering crowds
- ability to work all seasonal baseball events including nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- must have 2 to 3 years experience working in a fast paced high-end club, catering or restaurant
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction delivering food ordered from the application for the first 16 rows of seating
- provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations, card every guest every time
- run to guest seats up and down stairs during the game to deliver preordered food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium
- support the service staff by clearing and cleaning service area and running food to guests, expo orders, combining drinks and food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
