Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be willing to work variable hours according to event schedule
- Must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
- Must maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor
- Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Must have the ability to take direction and work independently when necessary

Job Duties
- Report for scheduled work in a timely manner and be in complete uniform with neat and clean personal appearance
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Help restock bartenders' inventory as needed
- Help drain assigned bars and portables of all gray water nightly
- Assist any bartender in need during service
- Ensure the kitchen is prepared for First Serve
- Verify order accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Deliver orders to the correct section, row, and seats promptly
- Provide condiments, cutlery, and other guest necessities
- End transactions positively with phrases such as thank you or enjoy the game
- Maintain high standards of friendly guest service
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other stadium service departments
- Keep a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and Legends management
- Comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Rotate to other service locations as needed
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
