Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- must be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule
- must be able to work at a fast pace
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform
- maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- assist in kitchen preparation for first serve
- verify order accuracy before leaving kitchen
- deliver orders to correct section, row, and seats promptly
- provide condiments and cutlery as needed
- end transactions with positive remarks
- maintain high standards of guest service
- work collaboratively with associates and other departments
- keep work area clean, neat, and safe
- communicate with supervisors and management
- comply with company service standards and inventory procedures
- show flexibility by rotating to other service locations
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
