Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Must be willing to work varied hours according to event schedules
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with a neat and clean personal appearance
- Maintains a friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfills assigned opening and closing duties
- Assists in preparing the kitchen for first serve
- Verifies orders for accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Delivers orders to correct section, row, and seats in a timely manner
- Provides desired condiments and cutlery
- Ends transactions on a positive note such as thanking guests
- Maintains high standards of friendly guest service
- Works as a team with fellow associates and other departments within the stadium
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Communicates effectively with supervisors and management
- Complies with company service and inventory control standards
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
