Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certificate
- must be willing to work hours that vary according to event schedule
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- must have one year cooking experience
- must have good communication skills
- must be flexible to work extended hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year cooking experience in the foodservice industry preferably in premium services, catering, or concessions environments for sports and entertainment venues
- ability to communicate with co-workers and management
- strong commitment to delivering high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative and culinary skills
- customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a team environment
- high level of organization and attention to detail
- ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- ability to maintain positive body language and provide positive guest service
- ability to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
- timely execution of station requirements to specification of stand manager
- follow recipes and cook them to desired specifications
- knowledgeable of basic knife skill and production techniques including fryer production
- show a willingness to learn
- maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation as well as Legends Hospitality standards
- able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- maintain positive guest relations
- ensure that only the highest quality product is served to guests
- provide efficient service and quality products by following direction of management
- ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and cleaned regularly
- show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management
