Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain California Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Alcohol Certification
- Must be willing to work varying hours according to event schedule
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience required
- Pleasant and courteous personality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Consistently provides positive guest service
- Able to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner
- In complete uniform with neat and clean personal appearance
- Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfills opening and closing duties as directed by management
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and company policies
- Maintains product inventories consistent with total sales
- Sets up, maintains, breaks down, and cleans work area including garnishes
- Restocks and maintains inventory of beverages and operating supplies
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Communicates with supervisors and management regarding issues or concerns
- Complies with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Works as a team with fellow associates and service departments
- Rotates to other service locations as needed
- Performs tasks assigned by management successfully
