Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
- Must be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience
- Must be pleasant courteous and enjoy working with people
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to smile maintain positive body language and consistently provide positive guest service
- Ability to make generalizations evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Report for scheduled work in a timely manner in complete uniform with a neat and clean personal appearance
- Maintain a friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfill opening and closing duties as dictated by management
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls
- Ensure product inventories correspond with total sales
- Set up maintain break down and clean work area including garnishes
- Restock and maintain inventory of all beverages and operating supplies
- Maintain a clean neat and safe work environment
- Communicate with Supervisors and Management regarding any issues or concerns
- Comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Work collaboratively as a team with fellow associates and service departments
- Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Perform and successfully complete tasks assigned by management
