Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS alcohol Certification
- Must be willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience required
- Pleasant courteous and enjoys working with people
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Able to smile maintain positive body language and provide positive guest service consistently
- Able to make generalizations evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner in complete uniform with neat and clean personal appearance
- Must maintain a friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls
- Ensures product inventories correspond with total sales
- Sets up maintains breaks down and cleans work area including garnishes
- Restocks and maintains inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and other operating supplies
- Maintains a clean neat and safe work environment
- Communicates with supervisors and management with any issues or concerns
- Complies with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management
