Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
- Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Bartending experience
- Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people

- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
- Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner, in complete uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance
- Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy
- Product inventories must correspond with total sales
- Sets up, maintains, breaks down, and cleans work area, including garnishes
- Restocks and maintains inventory of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with other operating supplies
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Communicates with supervisors and management with any issues or concerns
- Ability to comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management
