Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full time with open availability
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- strong knowledge of health codes
- capability to perform various knife cuts
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Previous experience in a similar culinary role

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards
- work all stations on the line including grill, sauté, and cold line
- complete mise en place and set-up station for lunch and/or dinner service
- operate, uphold, and properly clean kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
- label and date all food containers and rotate as per policies
- check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up
- note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages
- return all unused food items to designated storage areas
