Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in luxury hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Valid alcohol awareness certification such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol
- Valid food handler card
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Passion for delivering next-level luxury service
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment preferred
- Previous in-room dining experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Keen eye for detail creating a luxurious atmosphere
- Proactive attitude anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Deep understanding of luxury service exceeding guest expectations
- Valid alcohol awareness certification and food handler card
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and set up food in a thoughtful location ensuring each meal is presented to elevate the guest's experience
- Set tables according to specifications ensuring linens silverware glassware and garnishes are meticulously arranged
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guests with care ensuring timely and precise delivery
- Serve meals with attention to details including pouring wine tableside and adding garnishes
- Anticipate guest needs by offering proactive service and responding promptly to requests
- Collect guest trays and respond to additional requests maintaining a neat and clean space
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
