  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to explain menu items clearly to guests
  • teamwork and flexibility to assist in various tasks

Job Duties

  • deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms ensuring proper temperature and presentation
  • assist in other food service areas including main dining room bistro or outlets
  • ensure all utensils dishware and condiments are included with each order
  • provide cheerful knowledgeable service explaining meal components and checking for guest satisfaction
  • maintain thorough knowledge of menu items plate presentation standards and temperature controls
  • remain calm and professional during high-volume periods or unusual events
  • solve problems and make decisions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
