Job Duties
- deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms ensuring proper temperature and presentation
- assist in other food service areas including main dining room bistro or outlets
- ensure all utensils dishware and condiments are included with each order
- provide cheerful knowledgeable service explaining meal components and checking for guest satisfaction
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items plate presentation standards and temperature controls
- remain calm and professional during high-volume periods or unusual events
- solve problems and make decisions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
