Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms ensuring proper temperature and presentation
- Assist in other food service areas as needed including the main dining room bistro or outlets
- Ensure all necessary utensils dishware and condiments are included with each order
- Provide cheerful knowledgeable service explaining meal components and checking for guest satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items plate presentation standards and temperature controls
- Remain calm and professional during high-volume periods or unusual events
- Solve problems and make decisions to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
