Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms ensuring proper temperature and presentation
  • Assist in other food service areas as needed including the main dining room bistro or outlets
  • Ensure all necessary utensils dishware and condiments are included with each order
  • Provide cheerful knowledgeable service explaining meal components and checking for guest satisfaction
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items plate presentation standards and temperature controls
  • Remain calm and professional during high-volume periods or unusual events
  • Solve problems and make decisions to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
