Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for entire work shift
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- adherence to company safety and security policies
- maintain professional appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- none required for license or certification
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, recook orders, and product availability
- record transaction in MICROS system at time of order
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
- complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
