Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • physical stamina to perform job duties involving moderate lifting and walking
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid food handler’s card
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to engage positively with guests

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • must have great communication skills and superior guest service abilities
  • must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and walk moderate distances
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • previous food and beverage experience preferred
  • food handler’s card required

Job Duties

  • Present guest food and beverage preferences timely and at temperature to the guest’s room
  • engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
  • prepare general in-room dining settings
  • remove serving trays and maintain a sanitary environment
  • support Grand Club food and beverage setup and service based on business levels
  • answer guest questions and assist with reservations and recommendations in Grand Club
  • refresh the lounge area as needed
