Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- physical stamina to perform job duties involving moderate lifting and walking
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid food handler’s card
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to engage positively with guests
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- must have great communication skills and superior guest service abilities
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and walk moderate distances
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- previous food and beverage experience preferred
- food handler’s card required
Job Duties
- Present guest food and beverage preferences timely and at temperature to the guest’s room
- engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
- prepare general in-room dining settings
- remove serving trays and maintain a sanitary environment
- support Grand Club food and beverage setup and service based on business levels
- answer guest questions and assist with reservations and recommendations in Grand Club
- refresh the lounge area as needed
