Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or food service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Serve as a welcoming and approachable point of contact for guest needs and questions
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, recipes, and hotel offerings
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and proper food handling at all times
- Prepare, deliver, and pick up guest orders promptly, accurately, and with polished service
- Set up and maintain work areas for opening, mid-shift, and closing according to checklists and needs for shifts
- Assist guests with food and beverage inquiries and recommendations
- Communicate guest needs beyond the food and beverage scope to supervisors promptly
