Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- willing to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and more with assistance
- able to work full time
- follow safety and security policies
- maintain professional appearance
- communicate clearly and professionally
- perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

- familiarity with food and beverage service standards
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course or beverage
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and serviceware
- complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments
- follow all company safety and security policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge all guests
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, lifting and moving objects
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
