Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capability to move and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to work flexible hours
- adherence to uniform and personal appearance standards
- completion of safety training and certifications
- good physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- willingness to perform additional reasonable job duties as requested

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability
- record transactions in MICROS system at the time of order
- check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and service ware throughout the day
- complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- present accurate checks and process guest payments
