Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- minimum 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and heavier items with assistance
- clear communication skills
- adherence to company dress code and appearance standards
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- communicate special meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and tableware
- complete closing duties including restocking and securing the area
- present accurate checks to guests and process payments
- follow company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
- maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests warmly
- anticipate and address guests’ service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- read and verify information accurately
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move and manipulate objects as required
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
