Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years or older
  • valid food handlers certification
  • responsible beverage service certification required
  • able to stand and work for long periods
  • able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • able to bend, stoop and reach
  • able to operate a golf cart
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company service culture 4 keys to creating guests for life
  • participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador
  • attend all resort required meetings and trainings
  • prepare station in anticipation of daily business
  • stock work areas with required items and ensure cleanliness
  • check vip list and communicate orders to kitchen and next shift
  • set trays and tables according to standards
  • deliver orders according to standards
  • retrieve trays timely
  • maintain delivery cart clean and presentable
  • prepare and deliver amenities and replenish as needed
  • call guests before delivering orders
  • perform opening and closing duties
  • conduct quality checks after delivery
  • know menus and specials and upsell items
  • assist order taker with telephone
  • communicate guest needs to proper department
  • abide by resort policies and safety rules
  • perform other duties as requested
