Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- valid food handlers certification
- responsible beverage service certification required
- able to stand and work for long periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- able to bend, stoop and reach
- able to operate a golf cart
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- adhere to the company service culture 4 keys to creating guests for life
- participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador
- attend all resort required meetings and trainings
- prepare station in anticipation of daily business
- stock work areas with required items and ensure cleanliness
- check vip list and communicate orders to kitchen and next shift
- set trays and tables according to standards
- deliver orders according to standards
- retrieve trays timely
- maintain delivery cart clean and presentable
- prepare and deliver amenities and replenish as needed
- call guests before delivering orders
- perform opening and closing duties
- conduct quality checks after delivery
- know menus and specials and upsell items
- assist order taker with telephone
- communicate guest needs to proper department
- abide by resort policies and safety rules
- perform other duties as requested
