Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform
- Completion of safety training and certification prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Strong conversational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience as a waiter is considered a strong advantage
Job Duties
- Greet guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations if needed
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Accurately and promptly process transactions using the MICROS system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage
- Clear tables, complete closing duties, and restock utensils and supplies
