Job Requirements

  • Flexible availability for both day and evening shifts
  • Previous server experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted and heavier items with assistance
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to company grooming standards
  • Willingness to follow safety and security policies and complete necessary training
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
  • Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
  • Complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
  • Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
