Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of in-room dining service experience
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • strong time management skills
  • willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to operate computer equipment
  • knowledge of Opera and Micros POS preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs
  • us work authorization is required

Job Qualifications

  • at least 1 year of in-room dining service experience preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and adjust to changing conditions
  • ability to operate computer equipment necessary for the job
  • knowledge of Opera and Micros POS preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests
  • ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • deliver food orders including special needs or requests to guest in-room
  • check completed kitchen orders with order taker
  • greet guests and describe menu items with vivid descriptions
  • communicate options for removal of trays and dishware
  • respond to requests for tray removal according to time standards
  • breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and stations
  • anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to concerns and requests
