Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of in-room dining service experience
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- strong time management skills
- willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to operate computer equipment
- knowledge of Opera and Micros POS preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs
- us work authorization is required

- ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests

Job Duties
- deliver food orders including special needs or requests to guest in-room
- check completed kitchen orders with order taker
- greet guests and describe menu items with vivid descriptions
- communicate options for removal of trays and dishware
- respond to requests for tray removal according to time standards
- breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and stations
- anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to concerns and requests
