Job Requirements

  • Ability to work part time shifts with flexibility
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to grasp bend lift and or carry or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs at a continuous schedule
  • Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Food handler certification
  • Liquor certification

Job Qualifications

  • One year hotel in room dining experience preferred
  • Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Food handler certification
  • Liquor certification

Job Duties

  • Available to work part time shifts with flexibility on a regular basis
  • Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines procedures and policies to ensure company standards are met
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain established sanitation guidelines
  • Complete all side-work as outlined in the hotel operating policies and procedures
  • Respond to customer needs issues comments and concerns to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales
  • Report all communication to shift supervisor
  • Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures
