Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year serving experience
  • must acquire TIPS and ServSafe certifications
  • previous cash handling experience required
  • ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English
  • ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
  • ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
  • ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
  • must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 1 year serving experience

  • developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with experience selling and presenting wines
  • previous cash handling experience required
  • ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers
  • ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
  • ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
  • ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
  • ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills
  • must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • adhere to all Omni rules, policies, procedures, and standards
  • greet guests by utilizing the All-In impression standards set forth by Omni
  • set tables according to type of event and service standards as directed by leadership
  • suggestively sell items and answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections
  • communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests
  • record transaction in MICROS system in a timely manner
  • adhere to cash handling standards
  • ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
  • present accurate check to guest and process payment
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • station set-up and breakdown/side-work
  • perform any other duties as assigned by leadership
  • be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained
