Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year serving experience
- must acquire TIPS and ServSafe certifications
- previous cash handling experience
- ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English
- ability to operate MICROS system accurately
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- ability to work well with others
- ability to prioritize and follow up on guest needs
- must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, reach, and use hands and arms consistently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year serving experience
- must acquire TIPS and ServSafe certifications
- developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with experience selling and presenting wines
- previous cash handling experience required
- ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers
- ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
- ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
- ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills
- must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Adhere to all Omni rules, policies, procedures, and standards
- greet guests by utilizing the All-In impression standards set forth by Omni
- set tables according to type of event and service standards as directed by leadership
- suggestively sell items and answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections
- communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests
- record transaction in MICROS system in a timely manner
- adhere to cash handling standards
- ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
- present accurate check to guest and process payment
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- perform any other duties as assigned by leadership
- be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained
