Job Duties
- Take and process in-room dining orders efficiently and accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Manage multiple order requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests addressing their needs and preferences
- Maintain organized records of orders and pertinent guest information
- Support the smooth operation of a 24-hour food service department
- Collaborate with team members to uphold Starwood Hotels' luxury service standards
