  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily room service operations during the shift
  • Recognize all in-house and notable guests and lead the organization of guest room amenities
  • Coordinate with GRC leaders, creative team, and room service leaders to deliver brand guest experiences
  • Oversee room setup related to amenities, food and beverage setups, and minibar arrangements
  • Serve as dedicated Nexus Champion for room service leaders and team members
  • Build and strengthen relationships with guests while prioritizing requests and assigning work
  • Work hands-on with culinary and stewarding teams to communicate requests and resolve issues
  • Take guest orders with knowledge of room service and other F&B outlet menus
  • Ensure correct posting in POS system for communication with service and kitchen departments
  • Suggest improvements for guest experiences including dietary and allergy accommodations
  • Identify and report imperfections and work with other positions to correct
  • Communicate with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure operational alignment
