Job Duties
- Oversee daily room service operations during the shift
- Recognize all in-house and notable guests and lead the organization of guest room amenities
- Coordinate with GRC leaders, creative team, and room service leaders to deliver brand guest experiences
- Oversee room setup related to amenities, food and beverage setups, and minibar arrangements
- Serve as dedicated Nexus Champion for room service leaders and team members
- Build and strengthen relationships with guests while prioritizing requests and assigning work
- Work hands-on with culinary and stewarding teams to communicate requests and resolve issues
- Take guest orders with knowledge of room service and other F&B outlet menus
- Ensure correct posting in POS system for communication with service and kitchen departments
- Suggest improvements for guest experiences including dietary and allergy accommodations
- Identify and report imperfections and work with other positions to correct
- Communicate with other departments and extended hotel team to ensure operational alignment
