Job Requirements

  • One to two years previous employment in a related position
  • College degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.

  • One to two years previous employment in a related position

  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • Supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms and suites
  • Monitor all amenities so they are delivered on time and are properly maintained
  • Ensure the cleanliness of room service and guest hallways by establishing and enforcing clean-up schedules
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly goals and budgets
  • Prepare staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports and scheduled functions
  • Coordinate and execute functions or special receptions in rooms, suites and boardrooms
  • Accept assignments on as needed basis in order to promote team work
  • Multitask and prioritize essential functions
