Job Requirements
- One to two years previous employment in a related position
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Job Duties
- Supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms and suites
- Monitor all amenities so they are delivered on time and are properly maintained
- Ensure the cleanliness of room service and guest hallways by establishing and enforcing clean-up schedules
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly goals and budgets
- Prepare staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports and scheduled functions
- Coordinate and execute functions or special receptions in rooms, suites and boardrooms
- Accept assignments on as needed basis in order to promote team work
- Multitask and prioritize essential functions
