Job Qualifications

- post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
Job Duties
- lead and motivate the in-room dining team to deliver exceptional guest service
- oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- manage scheduling and workload to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in compliance with health regulations
- resolve guest complaints promptly ensuring satisfaction and retention
- collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely delivery of orders
- monitor financial performance and control costs
