Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations

  • advanced knowledge of hospitality and guest service standards
  • experience in managing 24-hour food and beverage services
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate the in-room dining team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • manage scheduling and workload to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in compliance with health regulations
  • resolve guest complaints promptly ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • collaborate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely delivery of orders
  • monitor financial performance and control costs
