Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in food service or related field
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of food service or related work experience
  • Proficient speaking, writing and reading English
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills including experience with point-of-sales systems

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process guest orders
  • Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items with vivid descriptions
  • Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen via the point-of-sales system
  • Coordinate delivery of items to guest rooms by Room Service Servers ensuring food quality
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks, record charges and gratuities
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, respond to concerns and requests
  • Coordinate amenity delivery to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of requests
